either or. asurion would like you to go through them but the sprint store will look at it as well. i just received a replacement through asurion that had issues. took it to the sprint store where they ordered me another one.

if you get a replacement from asurion and then goto a sprint store for another replacement (whatever reason) and the sprint store orders you another phone, asurion will then send you to sprint for anything else.
