I have a question for those with TEP expeince.

I'm asking this in behalf of my friend. If i sell him a touch pro I bought on Ebay for him and he activates it, with TEP active on his account already and he has issues will they replace it with a refurbished one for him even tho he just activated it? or does he have to wait 1 billing cycle to even be able to get it replaced, thanks!
