yup, like stated above... exchange it.... your looking at a free TP2, if the store has em in stock and thats what you want, since TP1 refurbs arent allowed to be givin out by Corp Sprint Stores or by CS reps on the phone since OCT/10th...

...however, they can fix the KB onsite..if they have the part available, theyll just swap your KB.. if they dont, hope enjoy your new upgrade lol
