As soon as you enter the last "#" it'll ask for your MSL. You need the correct MSL for your device, see other threads for info on how to get it (the topic has been well covered).

If you don't have your MSL and can't get it, dial *2 and ask technical support for a PRL update. It takes a little longer and you have to talk to a person, but it's a lot easier if you don't know what you're doing.
