Hard Reset and Bootloader no longer working
I checked the similar threads and I used the search function, but I didn't find a similar thread though I'm positive I've read something about this before. Everytime I use the button press (VolDown + Circle and VolDown + Power) the Hard Reset and Bootloader won't work, it just powers my phone on regularly. Is there a way to fix it or a work around so I can still flash my phone to another ROM?
