command-line switches for cprog.exe?

Are there command-line switches to the cprog.exe (phone) app that can be used in a script or shortcut to bring up speed dial or call history? I tried this

http://www.vijay555.com/?Releases:VJPhoneShortcuts

to get a shortcut that would launch the phone and activate its SpeedDial menu on my HTC Imagio (WM6.5) but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone have a WM6.5-compatible version of VJ's great tool, or a different way to have the speed dial come up when the phone is run? Is there a list of switches/options for the phone app?
