Add a link to the All Applications Menu

I created a shortcut (.lnk) file to the intshrUI.exe and copied it to the Windows\Start Menu\Programs folder, but it doesn't appear in the "All Applications" file list. I had renamed the short cut to "Internet Sharing.lnk" and I also tried putting it into other folders too (Windows\Start Menu and Windows\Start Menu\Tools) but that doesn't seem to work either.

If I open the lnk file in Total Commander from the Windows\Start Menu folder, it loads fine, but it doesn't appear in the "All Applications" list.

I did a soft reset and that didn't seem to work either.

Any ideas?
