I'm trying to activate my phone, I have to do it manually and I am not able to for some reason.

I got instructions from the alltel guy, mainly because I don't have a second line to activate off of. I just downloaded and flashed the Mighty Mike rom and when I dial ##000000 it doesn't do anything...


Any ideas?
