Printing contacts, etc.

I'm really stumped here. I recently moved from the Palm Centro. I could easily send contacts, memos, appointments to my bluetooth printer without additional software. Now I have the Palm Treo Pro. In Contacts ( and elsewhere), there is an option to "Print via Bluetooth", but I just can't get it to work. It will attempt to send, but then reports that it "Failed". I'm not sure where to find a connection log to even look into the reason why it failed.

1. The Treo can see and pair to the printer.
2. I can print documents with JetCet print (installed the trial), but even with JetCet print installed, I still can't print a contacts from within the Contacts app.

I even tried printing from my son's Treo Pro. Same result. So seems to be something with the phone perhaps. A setting I'm missing? Has anyone been successful in accomplishing this? Thanks.
