I don't think they have a specific PRL for Colorado. I think its just a nation wide type of thing. Sorry I can't look at my TP1 to see which one it is running, but try to just find the latest PRL update. And from what I seen 38899 is the newer PRL ( I could be wrong), look here maybe it will be on here... http://www.howardforums.com/showthre...7&page=1&pp=15
