Im not sure how much everyone else knows about this, but I only found it recently and love it.
www.androlib.com lists every app in the market, lets you search (slightly) better, and has QR codes on everything, so once you install the barcode scanner, you can quickly install apps you find on that site.
That is really my only complaint about android right now, besides samsung things that they cannot control. Google is the best (my opinion) but clearly the most highly used search engine in the world, why does searching for apps in the market remind my of some '99 ask jeeves/alta vista crap?
Anyways, its not a HUGE deal because of androlib.com and the QR code scanner, but is still an inconvenience. (end of rant)
I usually start here when searching for apps, if not then I just start searching the regular google
