If the hard reseting doesnt work for you guys, I suggest a replacement. I was in for one of my 6 DOA replacements due to dead pixels and had a brand new, out of the box device, have the same prob. It would seem like it was working and the suddenly quit. The only way I was able to turn on the device was some kinda slide out keyboard, then remove stylus combo or something like that.
