1)The OP said palm tech support, then you said sprint rep? Which was it?2) Not to insult anyone who works at sprint but... sprint lies all the time. And how would the web chat rep know that they are going to do the update? If they really knew, they would probably have a date. Chances are that they were told by a supervisor to just tell you yes OR they lied to you because it is easier and there is 0% liability on that rep if the update never comes out. And I'm with Mackie, who cares if they release it? It would probably be worse than what we have now anyways.Thanks for your post though.
