I believe I do.
I saved the 6.1 update file from when I originally downloaded it. Haven't touched it in a while, but I think it's what your looking for.
Incase your or anyone else is unaware, you can open the .exe file with an archive utility (I use 7zip) and extract the desired .nbh file.
Of course I don't want to be responsible for any negative consequences of using this file. Use at your own risk and discretion.
