Running iGO 8 GPS on "My Storage" folder.

Since I went through the trouble, I'll help out.

First step follow the steps here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=88692

Once you get the iGO folder created, place it in the "My Storage" directory (the 8GB internal flash). Make sure it is "My Storage\iGO8"

Download the attached SYS.txt and replace it with the SYS.txt the above post says.

At this point you can run iGO, but if you goto the GPS settings, you'll notice that it can't find a GPS driver. Change the COM port to 6 and give it a few seconds.

You should have iGO 8 up and running at this time. It appears that it does take quite a bit to connect to the GPS, but I'd assume this is depending on your location and interference with the towers.
