Just thought i would post about my good experience with sprint retentions.
I have been emailing them for around a month or two trying to get some satisfation for my mogul i was having a few minor issues with it nothing serious never had any bluetooth issues but i had a problem with other small things anyway i felt it was time for a new phone. I was to the point where sprint was going to give me a touch and let me keep my mogul but i turned that offer down because they said i would have to activate the touch. and i like my mogul better so after it came down to it they ended up sending me a brand new mogul in the box just as it would be in the store all i have to do is send them my old mogul. its nice to get a fresh new phone for nothing...yeah i did have insurance so it may have been that. that made it go so smooth. but im gonna leave this one stock for a while see how it operates with out any cabs.

Well now IVe had the touch pro for about a year and welll its just as dissapointing as the mogul was they may give me this TP2 but i wonder if its time to go a different route than this WM
