My screen is broken so i cant really use it. So i thought...if i disable it, will my phone be super fast?

I remember on my vogue there was a way to disable it completely but i cant seem to find it on the mogul.

Can someone point me in the right directioN? searching the threads have only given me options on how to disable touch during calls.

I would like a way to disable and enable the touch feature. Im assuming mymobiler wont work if i disable touch screen but i duno.
