I did not create any of this software I will give you links and directions to get everything working please thank the people that made this possible.
You need to security unlock your phone in order to flash custom roms look here

First off download SSK Kitchen from

Second get the Cricket MMS & Wap cab from

Third get the Zenyee Disable HTC Messaging 1.2.CAB from

Extract and run the kitchen, (if you are running vista right click and click properties/compatibilty and select run as administrator) click load ROM in top right, select WM 6.5 Build 21854 - Generic.erv
After it loads find CM_Guardian service under common, right click on it select delete package.
Click create ROM in top right. Let it load plug your phone in flash the rom (follow the directions)
After it is all loaded up transfer the cab files to the phone and install both.
Soft reset go to settings/all settings/connections/advanced/select network select Cricket click ok to save.
Go back to connections select manage existing connections under cricket, go to modem, click cricket mobile web select edit, hit next twice enter your 10 digit number where it says to. Enter cricket for the password. Finish
Soft reset and everything should work. If the connection reverts to 3G you forgot to delete CM_guardian while cooking the Rom.
Sometimes my phone has trouble connecting so I go to settings hit communications and turn Data off and back on then it works fine.
