You first need to associate with your FB acct using the app (I think included with the phone or easily downloaded from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobi.../facebook.mspx
Go to your contacts, select the one you want to keep synced, select edit, scroll to the bottom and select "Link - Associate with Facebook Account."
