I did soft reset, but I didn't try to program/update it yet, maybe that would help. I'm going to try it later in the day when I can have a couple of people try calling me to see if the problem persists. There's something else that confuses me about the radios though; from what I understand, you can only be connected to either 1X or EVDO, not both at the same time? If that's true, my phone is constantly connected to EVDO at my house, but with a signal so weak not even one bar shows up. Would that effect call reception at all? I know it switches into 1X for calls, which i have 2-3 bars, but does it have to get a signal over EVDO first to switch over?
