That wasn't what he was asking, have you tried either adding a webmail or pop service to test whether you are actually getting ANY mail? for AS go to the option and delete the Exchange account and readd the Server Source sometimes mail gets unchecked so it won't sync the box and even if you get the options back it still see this as 'not to sync' by removing the Server Settings and readding you recreate the sync profile
