WM7 is not a replacement for WM6.5

As microsoft said before they plan to run and support both at the same time, so the lifespan of WM6.5 would be equivalent to WM7.

The goal as stated is WM6.5 license would be a lot cheaper and for use in the low end market for cheap phones and other devices.

WM7 will capture the high end devices for business and media.
