i went down to see this new microsoft store,i heard it would be a apple knock off boy was i wrong. i walked in greeted i asked to speak to a tech
they walked me over a spoke to a tech name chad we spoke about the windows 6.5 and some concerns about the hardware answered all my question looked at my imagio was patient . best customer service i have ever had at a retail store. alot better than apple with bs appointments
there techs wont see you even if there not busy
