the internet in TP2 is slower than my tweaked TP running Mighty 4.16 ROM and further TWEAKED extensively by me .
I was able to get my PIE gives me 4.315 MBPS
and Opera Mini 8.561 MBPS download speed using

now
I am barely getting half this value using TP2 ?
any experts can give comments

I had too many tweaks in my x TP (way more than the known tweaks) like I was able to increase m TCP window to 9451808 , 68 MTUs and super high internet explorer reading buufer and around 36 internet memory balance using registery editors and tweaking SWs.concurrent connections were successfully 64.
any ROM, any tweaks you guys can help with?
