Try pulling the battery again, put it back in. Only hold vol down + pwr button. You will get a tri colored screen. Connect to computer via usb, and run the hardspl process. See if it runs the unlocker. If it does, repeat the pull battery hold vol down + pwr button, reconnect to computer and then flash a new rom.
