Not sure what interface you want to use but for windows 6.5 you can edit the .cpr and use the codes below not too sure with tf3d

You can try the chome visual editor it has a tool to display colors and it will give you the code.
I was able to get these two to work on my Touch Pro.

"#FFFF0000", "#FF000070" the second one is more crimson

Got a couple more codes for red
"#360000FF"(Red\Orange)
"#FF000090" The Seventh place digit can be from 4-9.
Also the first two places are for opacity ex. FF is 100% and 00 would be 0%
Also noticed that Red is very hard to duplicate for the fonts, probably uses a lower color scale.
