Yes you can You can change it to ANY color... but its a tedious process... however someone made a cab to turn everything black... i tried it and it worked on my TP2

and download the folder that says "black font" Install the .cab file Download and install.

PS: The OP has a Touch Pro as his phone... dont know if this need to be in Touch Pro 2...
