I have the same problem . . . and restarting the computer doesn't help it. Neither does un-installing any previous versions of the flash player.

The only way I got it to work was to go directly to the Microsoft Active Sync website (google it) and downloaded/installed the software from there.

Totally retarded that the CD doesn't even work.
