Excellent write up.
I like that that a long press of the Home Key is like "ALT-TAB", didn't know that before.
I know some people have been complaining about lagging, but I have not noticed any significant lag. It is a hell of a lot better then my Vogue and I don't have to soft reset the phone twice a day.
