i had a similar problem when i flashed a sprint touch pro to cricket.. under CDMA settings in EPST home page, home Orig, an Roam Orig should be left alone.. if you changed them all to voice 13k try changing home page and home original back to EVRC. i had used a cricket epst settings tutorial and it said to set all to voice 13k, but it caused the problem for me that you are describing...
