open up file explorer, find the file you want a shortcut for, hold your finger over the file for about 2 seconds, hit
copy then hold your finger in the folder not on a file and hit
paste shortcut. Now you can rename the shorcut anything you want to and move it where you want (the shortcuts are in LNK format)
