Definitely not. The Zune Marketplace software works ONLY with Zunes, and the wireless sync features is DEFINITELy a function of the Zunes, themselves. No way this will work.
I'm in the opposite boat. I'm looking forward to getting a Zune, but extremely disappointed that it can't sync with the drastically-superior WMP11. The Zune Marketplace software is incredibly limited in comparison, not to mention I already have my music nicely organized and rated in WMP.
