Hi all,
I see lots of references to flashes gone bad, and suggestions to flash back to shipped first. I have a tried-and-true alternative that is much faster, and once you get it configured, simpler. Simply follow the instructions located in this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=540290, and then either reboot to the bootloader (voldown+power+reset) or flash from internal storage (voldown+backbutton+power+reset) to flash.
Hardest part for me was getting the right version of the device driver to work under Vista; however MTTY now works like a charm. I don't take responsibility for anything bad happening, though these Diamonds are pretty much impossible to brick so have fun.
