Give this a try, I currently have my Mail key remapped to tab, but you can remap any key or any fn+key. It works great and gives you the ability to assign different maps for different programs (I also have the windows button mapped to shut off the screen in media player, and then display the start menu everywhere else).
Works great, doesnt use any resources or extra battery life, highly recommended!
