Innovation Renaissance taking place at MS?

So it seems that MS has positioned itself well to take on "innovative" competitors in multiple markets, the main threat of course being Apple.

Why do I say this? Well let's look at their latest efforts:

MP3 Players: The ZuneHD is a wonderful device, and appears to be a worthy Ipod Touch competitor. Now all MS needs to do is release a 3rd Party SDK, and let developers enter the fray.

OS: Windows 7 has been getting glowing reviews on all fronts.

Windows Mobile: Still the number one Smartphone OS in the world. With the iPhone, Android, and WebOS threats, seems they have a renewed interest in maintaining their dominance, and have made great strides forward with WM 6.5, hopefully WM7 will be a bigger Step

Reading Tablet: What! http://gizmodo.com/5365299/courier-f...-secret-tablet

Bing: I am a avid google search user, but I have to say Bing works great. When I can't find what I need via Google, I find myself going to Bing and finding it!

I think this is a good sign of things to come. Perhaps innovation is the new king in MS.
