oh no I know I jsut have to hold the power button. The first time the bootloader screen came up I thought I had screwed something up. I finally figured out what I was doing after reading some of the posts here in ppcgeeks. I am turning the phone on with one hand, ie I dont hold it in one hand and use the other to turn thepower on. When I do this I just so happen to be pushing the volume button at the same time and therefore when it powers on it shows the bootloader screen. I know this thread is in the diamond sectoin but it seems to apply exactly to waht is happening to me. It is all very unintentional.
