Is anyone aware of a feature like this for Window's mobile or the Touch Pro or a type of third party app that may be able to do this? Thanks

you could set up different names with mortscript to auto fill when you click on the file and keep them in a folder in the start menu or something...should be pretty easy to do...if your familar with scripting!!
