Atleast use
this one. It's a few months newer than that one. Just extract this to your SD card root. Then replace the default.txt with the one that says something about RAPH800.
Basically none of the communication works on the phone (phone calls/internet/bluetooth) but you can mess around with the operating system.
And actually the Touch has the best port of Android (that I know of) basically everything is working on that phone.
