Your current slider is part of the WM 7 Titanium Project, the one you want is default Titanium. If you're using Calkulin's ROM he's got a cab to restore the default, post #2 in this thread

I would suggest using any other 6.5 ROM... almost all will have the slider you're looking for.
Otherwise, yes it can be changed but it's effing complicated. That slider image is defined within bronzeres.dll and editing it requires some expertise. I use m9editor but there are several programs available. You will also need an image editor (Gimp, Photoshop, PaintShop Pro...) and you'll need to know how to use them.
