I didnt invent this method. This actually a common practice for getting these on. Many screen protector and skin manufacturers instruct you to put them on using this method. For example go to best skins ever website and read the instructions. They use similar instructons with soapy water. As long as you follow directions and use common sense. The intent is to just get the screen protector wet, if your getting more than your screen a little wet than your doing it wrong.
