Here are a few of my standard installs for almost every ROM. A classic tweak and a few new ones.

TitleBarDateHack - Puts M/DD/YY over the time in your taskbar.(This was originally called PPCGeeksTitleBarDateHack, left over from my Titan's BuildOS days)

succia_HTC_Menu_disable - I like the speed and feel of the new 6.5 menus better than HTC's full-screen menus so I always use this.

htorch_v3.2 - Flashlight. One program icon with touch-screen or d-pad controls.

Showcase_1.0.1b-WithoutXEnhancement - My new favorite task manager that I map to LongPress SendKey. This cab doesn't put the built-in X-Enhancement service in the startup folder.
