I don't think it's a problem to discuss issues with any particular ROM (even by name) as long as you're honest, remotely friendly about it and are willing to accept that pinning down a problem with any ROM can go a lot of different ways - to something as obscure as some random program you like causing an issue that no one foresaw. ROM makers don't generally set out to mess with people as far as I can tell...if you discover a legitimate problem, many will actually try to see if they can get it fixed.

But as bored said...you're going to need to provide a lot more information than you did to get help. Just curious, did you restore a backup on your new TP or is activesync not working fresh out of the box with nothing installed?
