The beauty of MS3 are the widgets
I've added the Comm Manager widget to my Lifestyle main page and can simply tap that to bring up the comm manager and start/stop wifi, BT (if I ever actually stopped it, which I don't), push e-mail, etc. Adding the Wireless Manager widget accomplishes pretty much the same thing too.
Alternatively, with the new TP2 keyboard controller
here, you can always assign one of the hard buttons (with a double click or long press) to turn BT on and off.
