Hi. There is really no such thing as "unlocking" a CDMA phone for another carrier. Work has to be done, such as changing the PRL and Web and MMS settings, which can sometimes be found in a carrier cab or ROM. If you can get Alltel to accept the Verizon ESN number, you can get the phone to work on Alltel, I can help you with that. Best of luck.
