Are you taling about mA or mAh?

mA measures rate of power consumption. mAh measures total power consumption, and is mA * hours of use at that rate of consumption. Batteries are rated in mAh, and you can use that power at whatever rate you want. For example, a 1500 mAh battery could run for 1 hour at 1500 mA, 2 hours at 750 mA, or 4 hours at 375 mA.

I'm going to assume you meant to type mA instead of mAh, but even so, you seem to misunderstand that unit. A power consumption rate of 666 mA is not "half your battery" - it simply means that your battery would last about 2 hours at that usage level.
