NO, absolutely not... not as far as laws..

Lemon laws come into play only when the cost of the repair exceeds the intial costs incurred by the consumer...

sorry to hear about the issues.... you do know according to what ive read and heard on here, as long as u have the right tool to open it up, the keyboards is really easy just to do yourself....

people r complaining alltel TPs r being replaced with VWZ TPs, thats a bad deal... u may wanna start doing the repair work yourself, before she ends up with an inferior device..
