A complete list, no. (I suspect you're asking if anyone has a complete list, not if anyone knows from memory every single registry value ).

Like its "big brother" Microsoft Windows (for workstations/servers) Microsoft lists many of its own registry entries (for the base operating system) on the Microsoft Developer Network (MSDN) and most (if not all) of the default keys in the Software Development Kit (SDK).

All of the third party applications obviously won't be there... and the Touch Pro (no matter what carrier) included many third party applications (by HTC and others by default) and none of those keys will be part of the Microsoft blogs/MSDN/SDK. Most of them are, sadly, undocumented.

The most comprehensive list (that is easy to search through... in my opinion) is part of the SDK (link located at the end of this post). In the Index, look for “Registry Default Metabase Settings."
