what I would do is have a silent mp3 set as my default ringtone, then assign the contacts a loud mp3, that way when you want to restore everyone to loud, just make the default ringtone the loud one, when you don't just put default on silent and you will have your 3 or 4 or whomever on loud and the rest on quiet,
