What is the easiest way to install the PRL file?
My goal is to revert back my phone to it original state so I've flash the Bell dump ROM without problem but I'm still having the roaming symbol
R since I've try the Energy Rom. While running this custom ROM I try to get rig of the
R by installing this file
dcd Bell Carrier 20090704.cab 1171KB Jul 04 2009 08:18:13 PM and it didn't solve my problem.
My current PRL no is 60613!!! I would like to install the 31402
Would you please explain me in detail how to do this.
