Did the above steps and the issue persisted with the SSK rom. However, that is the same WinMo version as the Energy rom i'm running. Fresh install of ActiveStink didn't work either. I guess i'll wait for rom update with the newest version of WinMo... or just write a script to kill repllog & initiate activeSync when unplugged from USB.
